On 13-10-20, I have called your people to attend the blocked sanitary connection in our house. Mr. Umapati, of your company had come to our house and tried flushing with jet pump. When the sanitary waste could not be drained out, he suggested for opening the connection done with the main Sanitary line. They have opened the connection given to main line and found that our pipe was broken and the mud entered the pipe had blocked the sanitary water movement. They have replaced the sanitary pipes which was broken and properly reconnected it. Which has ensured smooth movement of sanitary water. The work was done very professionally and satisfactorily.

Mr Umapathi was really very fast in getting the drainage blockage resolved. He took 30 min to come and 30 min to clear the blockage. We had this issue for more than 2 years and cleared now. The water jet cleaning was more effective. Highly recommended
