This is the worst place to live and the worse part of it are the owners. I have never encountered such greedy and selfish people in my life. They only care about the money nothing else . 1)Security- There is no security measures, for the name sake they have cameras though they'll never work properly..and if you lost something they'll never take responsiblity . 2)Cleaning- They do not clean the rooms properly the mob they use it leave a smell behind because they'll never rinse it with fresh water. 3)Food- The food they prepare is so bad theyll mix the night curry with the next day dal and the vegetables are soggy and most of the time three times food will dal and rice because they are too lasy to prepare something diffrent. 4)Wifi- Never works properly and when u complain about it to the owner theyll not take the responsibility to contact the wifi cable guy. Theyll just tell us to contact another owner and if u are in a need and u contacted the other owner..He'll also handover a another contact number of the Wifi cable man..and you will end up with no Wifi. These are the expereinces i went through.. i totally not recommend this pg.

The worst Pg I have been in my career. They are putting big board that the give all facilities but 1. WiFi router is there but it will not work. 2, TV is there but you have to reacharge with your own money. 3. Washing machines is there on 4th floor no lift. And you should wash only once in a week and that too you should enter it in a log book. 4. CCTV camera is there but it don't work one of the servant lost his phone and money in the kitchen where CCTV camera was there but no use coz it was not working. 5. water facilities is on 4th floor every time you should go 4th floor to take water . 6. Solar is the but hot water only morning that too may b for 1 hour. 7. Flash will not work that too whole building is having that problem. 8.Owner will speak very sweetly only till you join the Pg after that if you complain any issues no response. 9. Rent there is no uniform in rent the take rent depending on the customer. 10. Food below average . Totally being a girl I would not suggest this Pg to anyone . It's not worth n no safety.

Worst pg ever! The owners are such self centered people. Specially the owner ( man) and the cook( female) .She prepares the worst food. She will prepare the food with rotten vegetables even though it's not eatable! About security if we talk about, even though having the "so-called-cctv camera" people have lost their respective essentials. The worker who used to stay upstairs lost his two mobile phone and wallet inspite of having the cctv camera right in front of their room, owner says the cctv was off at night so they don't have the footage of that. ( So this is the thing when it comes to security) Rent : When it comes to rent everyone has different rent. There's no fixed rent. They will charge according to people. They will be really sweet at the first. But they act like cunning foxes, both uncle and aunty. They play very smartly. In short they just want to make money by hook or crook by doing nothing. Nothing is organized. Waste of money. And no security. WORST FOOOD!

Worst pg ever, the owners are horrible, if you complaint about something they simply ask you to leave the pg. Also food is such that even animals will not eat. All the reviews are fake. Please see the reviews of people who have stayed here. If you are a north indian and have a bike I would suggest never to come here. Rats eat the bike wires every second day and obviously the response is same from the warden when complained. Tv is given but doesn't work. You can use washing machine only once per week. Half of the time water is coming and when you try reach the owner his ph is switched off. These are the problems that I have faced during my stay but if you still decide to come then you are most welcome.

The PG is good... if you are in two sharing ... you will get a personal bathroom, a tv, free wifi and cupboard... but they only give South Indian food... so as a North Indian it's difficult to live here... but no other PGis having such facilities nearby so no options
