I dont even want to give 1 star for this company. Its located some where near Rajajinagar, Bangalore. I searched for Cotton Wicks dealers in Bangalore and I get his number and visited. I was interested in auto drop machine first and then he convinced me saying go for 2 in 1 machine (where in you can do round wicks and long one both in one machine) he said you save money instead of buying two machine you can do it in one etc etc. Then I purchased it by paying 22000, it came in a box so I couldnt open it at his place I went home and see it's a used machine for which he dint even give me receipt saying it would cost you more for GST so I dint get receipt. After using it for one whole day I decided to give it up. I called him for refund he said he cant retun my money so I decided to exchange it with auto drop which he decided it would be ready in 2 to 3 days it took him more than 10 days to deliver. Finally i was so excited to start my business then I see some parts were broken and used parts some looks new and some old. After delivering he called me several times to follow up for money before that he never kept his promises. I strongly do not recommend this place for any kind of business. Be aware that your money can go waste. However the experience might differ from person to person but be careful while dealing with this company. I'm so much dissatisfied with the pathetic service of this person. This person is not in hunger for business he has enough money hence doenst care about his service. By reading this others can avoid wasting your money.
