I wanted a Montra Downtown or Trance 2021 model; contacted Mak from Track and Trail Nagarbhaavi for over two months since January this year. Montra bicycles were out of stock throughout the country. Still, as soon as he restocked his inventory with two Trance Pro models, he immediately contacted me and reserved one. I got mine the next working day itself. I also insured my bicycle against theft on his suggestion. The whole buying experience was very smooth. I definitely recommend his store, especially if you are unsure about what you want to buy. Great hospitality, warm customer service by the owner and service advisor is knowledgeable about riding techniques in the city.

Came across good reviews in google went to the store in nagarbhavi Went to buy a bycycle and finalized to buy one and enquired about service ,payment and EMI options after some time the person present there literally he wanted me to leave the showroom saying u can leave now ....
