I've been to various counsellors from the last 6 years. I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety disorder in 2012 and have been taking medication for the same. I went to untangle about a year ago and feel that the approach is remarkably different. Chaitra is warm, genuine and accessible She clearly knows her stuff and has been gently guiding me with appropriate techniques to help me cope. I can see a vast difference in my condition and do feel that it wont be long before I completely recover. If you are seeking a professional counsellor, I would definitely recommend Untangle and Chaitra. On a side note, you may want to ensure she connects with you on whatsapp. Her status msgs are little gems you dont want to miss :)
