Although I was fortunate to only practice for a few months under Guru Punya Tiru's guidance the results I achieved were priceless. My emotional state was a little fragile at the time, but his grace, compassion and empathy made the journey effortless. He is truly gifted and one would always leave the class feeling slightly more aware and transformed. The classes always went beyond the physical aspects of asanas. He had an uncanny ability to read into your circumstances and instill in you what you need. I don't live in the city anymore, but do think of him when I practice at home time to time. There is an undeniable magic in his energy & presence & how grounded he is, and is most definitely the right person to initiate you on your journey to mindfulness.
