The first day i visited their office just to check about the required documents for singapore visa, they kept me waiting for nearly 2 and half hours inspite of informing them well in advance that i would be visiting. Then on 10th September again i visited their office after taking an appointment through email and call to submit the documents. I was'nt well and down with fever .. even my 4 year old son was also not well, so i had appointment taken in hospital . I thought after submitting the docs i will take my son to hospital. On that day too i waited for almost 1 hour and it seems the person whom i was supposed to submit the docs suddenly went out of office without any information. When i tried reaching him he continuously disconnected my call and not even bothered to reply to my whahsapp message. God knows how they are running the office as it seems only one person (The Sir) is the right person to collect the documents and give information (according to one staff). Then i went to another visa agent next to their building, where they have a small set up but far more professional and apt in their business. In 5 mins they collected the docs and explained everything about the process so clearly. Hence, if you have ample of time to waste please visit their office. Please carry your lunch box or snacks box as well. not sure for how long you have to wait.

Irresponsible people and Very bad service i couldnt use their visa its rejected from airport. They dont know any rules, simply running an office. My 24000 rupees gone. Please close ur office and dont cheat peoples like this.
