Cicily Thomas is an expert in Taichi and other forms of Martial arts. She is a good teacher and was very patient with us. She goes in-depth and explains the small details, philosophy behind the arts. Enjoyed the Taichi and Qigong classes with her, though it was for a brief time. Wishing her all the best.
