I found an answer to wholistic care in Vivekananda though I had only virtual consultations. The yoga classes I was asked to follow helped me learn the meaning of yoga and how one should perform to get the best benefits. Looks like they have tailored yoga routines for all types of people. The instructor Dr. Shradda was patient and inspired to do well. I highly recommend these yoga sessions to all.

I have joined for ante natal yoga classes here. My body started becoming flexible after practicing for few days. This made me stay active, relaxed and calm throughout the day. Special mention to Dr. Shradha who understands our pace and teaches in simple steps so that we remember easily. I strongly recommend this for all the pregnant ladies out there. I look forward for postnatal yoga with these guys.

I visited this hospital for my kid suffering from severe constipation after trying all allopathy treatmens where my kid was on ASD spectrum. Dr. Vashudha gave Ayurveda medicines for constipation and a few for autism. The medicine were very effective that the 1 year old constipation has been healed in 10 days and we saw improvement in Autism also. We visited doctor again for ASD and her treatment shown tremendous positive effects and my kid is doing very well now. Allopathy doesn't have treatment for many disease including Autism but Ayurveda has.

I had a severe lower back issue when I visited Vivekananda Health Global for Ayurvedic treatment. Kati basti with Ardhanga Elakizhi alongwith Acupuncture was the treatment advised. After the treatment, I was given specific yoga sessions. Yoga practice should be continued. Avoid unwanted medicines and surgery by preferring an ayurvedic treatment. The treatment is very effective and I strongly recommend Vivekananda Health Global.
