there is no contact no available for help, i am outside and loged out by mistake from the app. and trying to log in since 1 hr and didn't get the otp to login. i'm receiving otp from other website. its the worst experiance i have.

I rented a scooter for week and here are my observations: 1) There was no delay in the delivery of the scooter, however they anticipated that there might be a little delay but they will try to deliver as per the time decided and they did it kudos to that. 2) Considering the current scenario the scooter was sanitized(I hope they really did that) but yeah the scooter looked tidy. 3) This is rare, I got a scooter with full tank fuel, which did surprised me. Coming the working condition of the scooter. It was manageable, I mean do not expect the condition to be of a brand new scooter but yes the condition could be a little better that what it was. PS- The scooter condition was way more better than bounce's scooter. 4) The customer service are very polite and utmost professional and they made sure to call me back and provide me the information that I requested for and they did cleared all my queries within minutes. Ticketing process is quite slow that needs improvement. 5) The return process as usual as most of you know already, ride to the drop location you've chosen while booking and end the ride over there, that's it. Done and Dusted efficiently. And I got the refund of the security deposit in just a week without having to followup even once.(I completely forgot about it) cool right ? I cannot say if you'll have the same experience or not but yes Vogo's service was very helpful to me and I would recommend it. Would have given 5stars only if the scooter's condition and the ticketing response was better, rest it was a very good experience for me.

Very poor customer satisfaction, I have taken a scooter on monthly rental basis, and I asked for GST invoice but they just taken advance payment and no response from these guys, very pathetic service, but now they upgraded their app and now it is perfect, very easy to book and for any problems you will find help from app itself

compare to other services vogo is reasonable price to afford but ..if you are facing any issues u cannot able to contact customer support as soon as possible . even in email no proper response .

Worst service from vogo. We went to chikkapete for shopping parked at a proper place kept 2 helmets and jacket inside boot after some time don't know weather he is belongs to VOGO or some other guy took the bike and went away, that time only we reached out to customer service even they guaranteed about our belongings but now they are claiming this is not there responsibly.

One of the worst experience with Vogo. Booked a vehicle a month back and when I reached after 1 hr they said vehicle not available. They didn't even provide alternate vehicle. When enquired they said they will refund. After 2 weeks called again they said it's under process. After 3 weeks I called they said still the status is active and need to be cancelled. Pathetic. On 20th Jan they called. They said it will be refunded in 7-10 days time. Now it's more than a month and still no refund. Please be cautious before taking their service. Reference number OR325698
