My inlaws bought a property recently for which i approached nobrokr for the registration formality.I was assigned VSK as the legal representatives.The document santization and registration process was real smooth.Mr Ashish was always there to support me in each of my queries and he was literally just a ring away.He was very approachable and was really patient and polite with all my queries.I could see mails in my mail box during odd hours when he was working on my file to get the registration done ASAP.Mr prasad assisted the registration process in the registrar office which was real quick and smooth.My process got over within a span of an hour.Prasad knows his work really well and was on point.

Very delayed service and no response to emails or follow-ups from Team. They charge more and no proper review will be provided for the amount that you pay. Completely dissatisfied with the service. Although they say it as within 5days report will be submitted, but it actually takes 2 weeks minimum. I do not recommend and its completely my personal experience with the legal team who works here.

I approached them for a case since December no professionalism at all the owner Mr Satheesh never responds to any calls or messages no staff is stable in their office they give u false promises and than make u run around for months mine was a simple case they never went on any dates his assistants do not even attend the case and he is least bothered and keeps assuring it will happen the positive comments are put by himself I guess please never approach them
