It is an excellent shop / studio with huge variety of tiles. With a mix of hand made tiles to branded tiles. and the main thing is that I liked the website. It is up to date. And helps a lot in choosing the tile. The prices are attractive and a lot better than other suppliers in market having same range of products.

We came across their website, while looking for stone cladding options for our new house and really glad to have come across the site and wasn't really aware, they also had a shop. They have plenty of options in natural stone cladding and different kinds of tiles, which are not easily available in all other shops. Really happy with the collections we get choose from here. The staff is also very cool and friendly, in spite of their continuous engagement with clients, they attend everyone well and are available through phone, without any hassle. Special thanks to Ashwini mam, who helped us in getting all the required products and also helpful in getting timely assistance.

Update: 07/04/2021 Removing 3 stars and rating 2 stars due to the following issues. Excessive tiles breakage due to poor transportation practices. The transport from the shop to my location was outsourced through Porter. I had an excessive of 10% breakage and to avoid work getting stopped. I picked up 2 extra boxes that was provided on paying through Google Pay. When I went for a refund for the final tiles which couldn't be used either in bits and corners they gave lame excuses such as video of boxes opening required, batch number on box required, broken tiles to be repacked in box is required. I have provided all photos as evidence but it is almost 2 days and I am yet to receive my refund. Thus the general attitude is, select, pay, deliver and forgotten. The refund was supposed to happen through Google Pay (takes about a minute to do) I purchased Rs.52,000 worth of tiles which may not be much for them but the refund is a partly Rs.1,040 which also isn't much. Biggest Positives are good collection and Magdalene is good in her approach and explanation but when it comes to customer service and trust, they fall back big time. Original review Good collection and warm staff. They have a strict fixed price policy but that is over compensated by customer service and on time delivery. Magdalene was patient to explain the designs available with arrangements and prices on a busy Sunday. We are laying the tiles this coming week and hope it's turns out good.

During this pandemic times they have been very helpful for selecting and ordering tiles. So far we bought tiles from them three times. They had sent us photos of different tiles that are available and once order is placed, with a reasonable delivery charge, tiles were delivered with no hassle. Today we had ordered few more tiles and Magdalene had helped in arranging the delivery and online payment. Thanks to the mytyles team.

The Moroccan tiles collection at MyTyles is quite good. They have a varied variety of tiles available, and on their website, it is easy to browse through them. Magdalene at the store helped provide information about the tiles, procuring them, and coordinating the delivery. Overall a good experience.

Awesome service end to end. Just amazed by their efficient co-ordination between showroom, warehouse and dispatch teams. I selected the tile online(website), called the store, they in turn connected me to warehouse who confirmed the availability and sent the actual picture; placed the order and it is delivered to site the next day. Again, I was 3 boxes short, ordered in the morning; delivered by evening. They are nothing less than flipkart or amazon of tiles. Flawless experience and lucky to have found them. All the best guys!!!

We went there for kitchen tiles. They have a really nice collection from Indian to imported. The collection definitely fits full spectrum of budget. We had opted for expensive tiles, gave the full amount and then had change of mind when we returned home. We already had pictures for cheaper alternative tiles. We changed our selection to budget ones over phone/whatsapp. Special thanks to Magdalene for the hassle free experience, right from change of order to processing of refund

One of the very few tile shops with great variety and at good price. Tiles were received before expected. Just remember to calculate right and order the right amount of tiles. If it’s less it’s better but if there are too many then they won’t be returned - as many tiles shops have a no return policy. My support person - Magdalene was great too. Although she was on leave she helped me out in choosing my tiles. Will surely encourage others to visit this place Overall a great shopping experience
