This review is for the owner of Berkowits. You have worst staff sitting at reception and handling customer. I visited 2 times in Berkowits faridabad and my experience was pathetic. On my second visit i called them and took the appointment and they asked to come at 4 pm. I reached there at 3.50 pm and i was told to sit for 10 mints as technician was busy with some other client. Later they asked me that technician will be free by 4.30. And at 4:30 they asked me to wait for 15 more minutes. I noticed one of your technician got free and requested your staff to appoint me that technician which they refused to assign giving non sense reason. During my waiting time i felt like they dont care about customer time and then i made decision for not taking your service. For customers - please book them if you are free and have long time to wait for the service you want to take from them.
overall experience was excellent , the staff members are good and co-operative . i would recommend if anyone is intrested in hair and skin treatment they should surely try BERKOWITS .
3 rd class products 3rd class facilities staff behaviour very bad waiting time to much high plz don't waste your money or time
