WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Been a regular customer of Holige mane since quite a few years. This particular branch which is very near to my house is horrendous. I ordered for 4 holiges. The cashier lady told me to pay and I did. I asked for a bill which I got after 5-10mins. Naturally, the order got delayed while me giving the bill to the people who prepare it. I waited again 5-10mins for the preparation. People who had come after me got their orders and I didn't. I asked them for my order 2-3 times and they told to wait. I was patiently waiting for another 5mins. I again asked them, I was told I gave the bill late so my order will also get late. I tried to politely explain, the cashier lady gave me the bill late. I obviously cannot sit and print the bill. When I explained the same, the person who was answering to me casually said "wait for another 15-20mins know" which got me very angry and I told to cancel the order if I had to wait again. That person with a lot of attitude made a face and told "Leave this order and cancel it" like he just didn't care about the customer. (ORDER NO.635 13.04.2021 if the owner is reading this review or maybe it was the owner only who made the above statement. I'm not sure.) I totally understand today was a festival and there were a lot of orders but I did my part and waited. This is not how you treat your customers. Lot of orders or a festival doesn't mean you can take your customers for granted or throw an attitude. NEVER GOING BACK THERE EVER AGAIN!! (AND MAYBE NEVER TO ANY OTHER HOLIGE MANE Branch either)

They have many varieties of hoLige. Khova obbattu is a must try. Please check the date of packing for the packaged food, as one of the Coconut Sugar barfi that we bought was gone bad, they were selling the old packages. We didn't notice the date. After going home, when I tried, it was smelling bad and it was 14 days old already. Threw it. Obbattu/hoLige are freshly prepared there. You will get hot hoLige.

Bought the Dates and Khova Holige and it was good. Have been trying to have the Khara Holige here. Visited twice but it had got over by evening. Please start making more Khara Holige.I don't want to go disappointed everytime.

Even after I asked them why the Holige is not hot, they told it was made then but kept for cooling. After trying them, they were stale and did not look fresh.
