Very unprofessional staff. I went to get my number ported, the executive said that I need to pay for the first recharge in advance and if I don't pay for the recharge then I have to pay for the SIM and if I pay for the recharge then I need not to pay for the SIM. I decided to pay for the recharge then he told me that the plan cost Rs.325 but there is no recharge for that amount and gave his mobile no. and said to me to call him when my no. is ported. He answered my call after 10-15 calls and did the recharge of Rs.279 after the reminder of the recharge. When I asked him that he said he will recharge with Rs.325 he said Rs.25 are the charges for SIM. They are completely making money and misguiding the customers.
