Their services are hopeless. They took the total advance payment and their agent green home solutions spoiled all our doors. They took Rs.378542 plus freight as advance payment for all windows and doors in our house and they spoiled all our door and windows. We have been calling them regularly but to no avail. It has already been four months since they have been promising to come and correct the faulty placements but no one till date has not turned up. Even Spectrum's customer care number is not working. If the service is not provided in a weeks time, we will take legal action and demand justice from consumer court.
