Disgusting after sales service. Packed a damaged led and their guy harpal at mandi has 0 manners how to talk to the customers.

Looters, they tried to sell me a demo led tv as a new one, and after confrontation they said yes its a demo peice, atleast inform customer when he is at the shop before hand that we only have demo peice rather than customer getting to know all this during installation. Also their sales manager told that we do this regularly and no one complaints, its only first time you complaint. After threatening to go to consumer court he agreed to bring a new peice from mandi, shameless! Never gonna shop from this place again.
