Very rude , unprofessional my wife ordered their services for our pet , they were rude , arrogant , fighting , not listening to us , unhygienic and worst part is they treat our pets like some garbage on road , they misbehave not only with humans but also with animals which they should not as it is their business and we are paying them for that only , pls don't go by the good reviews given as i think they all are fake , because these ppl are inhuman , harsh and v unprofessional plus after all above tantrums their services v very very poor too, long story short , if you want to see yoir pet in pain and crying and bleeding you can go to them Ps: my pet is bleeding after their grooming services.
