We ate here quite a few times as we were staying at the Phoenix Park Inn, almost next door. Service and food were excellent, and the chef was kind enough to give us the recipe and show us how to make their delicious Dhal Tadka. We were well looked after by all the staff, but special thanks to Sanjaya, who deciphered some of the spices we didn't recognise in the dhal recipe.

Very nice place to have your favourite goan and continental dishes. Variety of cocktails and drink. Clean sitting place and nice arrange of tables. Clean restaurant and bar. Clean and comfortable restroom.

Well in all honesty I hated the place. It all started by how the lady treated us even before the order was placed. When a friend asked for a common dish around Candolim the lady retorted that she does not have it since she mostly serves foreigners. She maybe right, but the menu was not something to be bragging about. She did not even have the beer available and ordered it from the supermarket only to charge us more for the effort I could make myself. When asked if we could watch the France vs Argentina match she brought out this tiny TV on which you could hardly see anything from a distance. She would not even turn on the fan over our heads and it was definitely not winters for it to be that obvious. Coming to the food. Over priced, it sure was. Was it great. Hell no! We just ate since we ordered already, but the unwelcoming feeling in an empty restaurant was something to remember! In the end she produced a bill on a paper not even printed. Obviously since she is not paying taxes! Then came the biggie. I asked if she will take cards, and she just takes Cash! Wow! For somebody parading as serving foreigners in general, not having a card machine! Kudos Goa!
