I attended yoga classes throughout my pregnancy from 14 weeks till my 7th month. Yoga maam was really careful with the postures and even suggested the right type of food that i should be taking. She made sure i gained the right amount of weight which is beneficial for me and the baby. She caters yoga differently for each individual and guides you very well through each yoga aasan.
