I am using the chimney of Avaante and i am very disappointed because its not working properly and he service is also very poor. I had given the complain 1 year ago and i am still waiting for somebody to come and repair it. From this only we could recognize that it is of such a poor quality and is of no use. So I request the people who are buying the products of Avaante , not to buy the chimney of the company. This chimney was like a waste product of my house within a year. I am really very annoyed by this product and also by the very much poor service of the company.(ITS A FRAUD DONT BUY IT) i request Indiana Govt. to Close this Company Licence cancel because they have no customer value

Worst service provides by them. Don't go for their products. Customer care also not guide you properly and behaviors also very bad. They ask me to pay for the service & parts whether my product is in warranty. Customer care don't listen what you say and cut the call in between your conversations. I'm so far not having this type of bad service from any product company.

I bought khaitan avaante chimney, after 3 months there are some problem. And i was complain 3 time in customer care but no one is attend the complain till present. Very bad service. I never buy any other product of khaitan avaante.
