purchased dry fruits (Kaju) from Singla Enterprises shop on 28 Aug 2020. Today opened packet and kaju are infested with worms. Shared kaju and invoice pic with Singlq Enterprises on whatsup. Extremely Highly disappointed with quality of item and customer service extended by Singla Enterprises. Not et all value for money. In respose to Owner mesage Dear Sir, point wise rebuttel A) i purchased dry fruits from your shop on 28 Aug and reported problem to you about worm Infested cashews (sold by you)) on 21st Sep (the day v opened pkt for consumption)....exactly its 24 days B) no where on bill or verbally u told us the shelf life of dry fruits purchased from ur shop C) Regarding ur rainy season excuse .....u being a resident of CcR knows very well that it hardly rain here D) i shared pic of cashews which were opened (from packet) under sunlight as it is infested with worms....ur excuse that it not kept properly does not hold any ground. Attaching pic for everyone reference E) instead of accepting that bad quality items were sold to customer and taking corrective action; ur response and arrogance is highly disappointing. I dont think that i will ever come to ur shop again for purchase or recommned ur shop to anyone for purchase. Extremely disappointing and bitter xperience.
