This place is incredible. It is like a cold desert. You can also see snow on top of the hills in the month of June-July.

Situated in Spiti region of Himachal pradesh at 4250m, this lake is one of the best tourist attractions. You can book a cab from manali to reach here or by bus which leaves from manali to kaza in the morning. Add this place to your bucket list for sure!

The lake is amazingly beautiful with crystal clear turquoise blue water which splashes gently along the shoreline. It is such peaceful place. You feel like sitting quietly by it endlessly.

I don't have enough words to express the beauty of this place. The road is treacherous but the journey is mesmerising. Must visit.

ChandraTaal - The Moon Lake. Situated at an altitude of 14700ft. 14km from main road i.e. Gramphoo to Kaza. This is one the most beautiful lake i have seen. Reaching to this place is not easy. It is full of adventures and it is not for all. But once you reach there it is awesome place to be. The cold Glacier water of ChandraTaal gives out multiple colours in water all day long. The water is so clear and pristine that it engulfs all the surroundings into itself. A mesmerizing place. The best place time to visit is after monsoons and a must is to take a walk around the whole lake.... The views change so much with the different directions of the lake. If you want to enjoy even further then you should plan you visit near no mood day. And stay there so that you can see the milky way galaxy and river full star in the night sky and best time to see it is on a no moon day..
