Very complicated service. After a typo in shipping labels my delivery was delayed by 7 months. While they had the shipping information and knew the package was stuck on the return in Russia, they would not send replacement medication in the meantime. For a product bas sensitive as medications. This is very bad practice. To top this all off, the short expiration dates on their supplies means it all is all compounded even more by the complications. At the end I received supply of a different brand than originally ordered and even those have a very short shelf life. Let me also be clear that behind the \friendly\ politeness there is a reluctance to serve the customers in a fast and customer first approach. This is even further highlighted by the continuous push to get a review.
