When I reached out for help to Aruna, I was experiencing crippling anxiety about relationships. I thought there was something wrong with me. Aruna made me understand my root problems and what had to be done. Most importantly, she explained that these are issues that can happen to anyone and that they can be resolved for good. She provided solutions through RTT Hypnotherapy and I haven't looked back since then. To me this is outstanding progress. I'm happy, energetic and able to make better use of time. Self discovery made easy. Through long free flowing conversations, I never expected to be reminded of how to unlock happiness from within. Kalai gave me hope, reminders and the tools to work towards getting to where I want to be. Work in progress is better than being stuck and I am thankful to Kalai for that!
My session with Aruna was so much more that I had expected. Her confidence and her ability created the space for me to feel completely safe, relaxed and find the root cause of my confidence issue. We did the session via Zoom link (as I’m based in Dubai) and I was really surprised at how effective it was! I felt so comfortable that I went deep enough to uncover why I’ve been held back, Aruna helped to really deconstruct my thoughts patterns and the behaviours attached to them and helped me let them go in the most powerful way.
