Very homely residential complex. Well planned and laid out

Stayed here for a year on rent in a 3bhk. Positives: Good community for families with kids. Beautiful place to go walking, as it is very residential, green and relatively quiet. Ganesha temple and park nearby. Barely any power cuts. Negatives: Bad quality water - high iron content so tends to be little brownish. But that's the quality at RA Puram. Old-ish construction, and in our flat we kept having to replace old parts like taps, bolts etc. The 3rd floor is quite hot. Apparently the Cooum river (apart from offering a faint stink) on one side of the apartment affects AC quality (as told by a mechanic). No grocery shops nearby, so we had to depend on bigbasket or weekend shopping. Railway track sounds - we didn't mind it, but it could bother some people.
