Really very bad. Shame on you people. You have broken my train during Inspection. I have tried calling umpteen numbers & no one responds or answers. This is a simple train for kids & collectors what is there to inspect in this? This costs 50, now who will pay for this breakage? Next time you want to open something call the owners, we will come & open the package to show you, that way incompetent people who are not fit to do their job don't break other people's things like this. Like the other person said this department should deal with consumer stuff in a respectful manner & not open with intention to charge innocent people.

i ordered two toy drones one and half years ago,but suddenly they send me two penalty notices wroth Rs 10,000 after 18 months. cost of two drones is less than Rs 4500 and i never receive my parcel.But they are asking for penalty overly With out passing any information about the issue ,they are asking for penalty.How foolish is this

Very worst Assessing officers i bought avengers toy value of 508 INR thru aliexpress, our super officers valued and imposed a charge of 661 INR for that. What a man ! Keep rocking

I had imported a toy drone, but it is retained by customs and saying that pay 5000 penality, this is very pain to customers and i never import anything on other countries. Why should we pay penality 5000. Time waste and non sence, it is too hard to negotiate it. Sorry fuct the indian govt.
