Went for Audiometry test for my mom. The check up was quick and report was provided immediately. Since I was looking for new hearing aid, the staff made me meet MD Mr.Lawrence. He was very patient and friendly. He recommended suitable hearing aid for my mom, tuned the instrument as per audiometry test results and evaluated her response with hearing aid. The transaction was very satisfactory. The support staffs are friendly too. The hearing aid is being sold at MRP though I could negotiate a little. For the cost of one hearing aid from Denoc, I could have bought two from online shops :-( The consultation rooms are very small but clean and organized well. I would recommend Denoc to people looking for hearing care.

We just purchased hearing aids for both ears. They provided very good customer service. They came home with full COVID protection, took tests, configured and fitted the device in no time. Explained all the options very clearly and detailed manner. They accept all types of cards. We had negotiate the prices a little bit but apart from that their service is amazing. They also enabled remote tuning abilities. We strongly recommend them. Special thanks to Gafoor as his technical skills are marvelous. Thanks to Easwari who did an excellent coordination.
