One of my acquaintances' son in a remote location near Karaikkal was stuck for days due to joystick malfunction. They had tried local mechanics, but none of them could fix it as the joystick was not available. Rather none of them could understand its working or where to get the spare from. I stumbled upon EC wheelchair service through Google and contacted them. And when they said they can fix it in the first go, I had my doubts as I had almost given up hope due to the experience trying with others in the recent past. However, I should say that they did a very professional job right from acknowledging the first call till the last customer feedback call. Truly a team of professionals. The family is very happy, finally! Also, from interacting with them during the feedback call, I understood that their team is not only technically sound, but they also have direct contacts with wheelchair component suppliers. Hence the quality of both their work as well as the spares they use is high. Above all, their quick response in terms of travelling all the way from Chennai to a remote location to fix the wheelchair is what will make them fly high, which I truly wish for them!!!
