I recently bought my Ecosport Titanium sports here, the booking and delivery experience was very good. I got my Vehicle delivered within 20 days of booking and it was well ahead of the promised date. Sales executive Gopi was excellent and he always kept me informed on the current state and helped me with temporary registration of vehicle.I was able to reach him during anytime of the day and he was eager to clarify my doubts, even after I took delivery. Also the showroom is excellent and has a nice ambience to it. I would suggest everyone to book their car here, if you are planning to buy a Ford. Happy driving!!!

I didnt have an option to give negative rating for the service done here. All ford owners please be aware of the cost you are being charged for the general service labour. I noticed that the labour cost for the 30000kms service mentioned in ford website is 2052 including taxes. But they have charged me 2911. When questioned they are very rude and they say that this is a mistake from ford and they can do anything about it but charge around 900 rs extra from us for every service. This might be the case for most of you..Please compare your bills and ford website when you give your car for service. #fordindia #hansfordchennai #Worstservicecentreinchennai

I got my aspire automatic a year and half back. They have best service staff. Really on time pick up and delivery. Even when I got the car first time the car was delivered on time. Gave all feature I asked for. The staff is welcoming and the staff is very knowledgeable about car and eager to share all details

It is so surprising that this showroom and service gets so much of trending reviews. They do such a bad customer care and support. All of you have written about follow-up by them continuously on their own. My vehicle was stranded their for 25 days for a body work, no one came back to me on any update. The job was completed. Even though the body work was via insurance, I paid upfront during delivery and doing a insurance claim process as a cashback. However, I was surprised that they claimed they cant do exterior wash, if it is meant for body work. They were claiming about man hours for body work, which is subject to the approval from insurance surveyor. My slid plate was missing, it was taken from somewhere - broken - fixed with a screw. Such a shoddy work. On top of it, they gave a huge list of parts replaced. As per norms I have seen over the years, the Service showcases the old spares changed - many times hands it over to the customer. Here they didn't even attempt it. Best part is their advise not to do undercar wash. At one side, the car companies promote monsoon checks after heavy rains lashes Chennai and on the other side, they advice not do under carriage wash. Sema Sema Sema!!!
