Very bad distributere here if cable disconnected mean 2 days to 5 days also unable to get them.cable highest signal 31mer only. So many channels laging. I think 30 to 40 channels only can watch but the price is too high.... Beter move to DTH finally...

I don’t see any worst cable tv service like JAK before. Waste staffs around Avadi, staff name Arumugam. Not only this man, all are only money minded people. Bribe for connection. Asking for reconnection around a month. Still they’re not coming. But asked everything including . Totally worst in service.

Worst Customer Care service provider. No response on call Without informing the customer the service is cut off. Every activity money is sucked from the customer. Low quality sugnal. No respect to the customer at there office at Avadi. Collecting advance for cable connection, not refundable.
