Bad experience. I taken my CASIO 3199 digital watch to this showroom. The service person told me, complete board was damaged and unable to rectify. Even if we want to make service, new board to be changed. That will be cost Rs.1500 and it takes a week time. I am not able to bear that much service cost and time, so i just ask him to return back as it is. But the service person just packed my watch lavishly, put my watch dial reverse and given it to me. I am not interested to argue with him, so i went off from this service center and given my watch to a LOCAL WATCH MECHANIC at Alwarpet itself. That felow first properly fix the watch dial in correct position and changed the battery. Charged only Rs.120. Now watch is working nice and all functions are working properly. Anyway there is not at all problem in the board and no need to spend Rs.1500 as the CASIO SERVICE PERSON told. If they are giving these type of suggestions to the customers, no one will buy CASIO PRODUCTS. Ultimately it will surely affect CASIO SALES and TRUST in their service. Need necessary actions from CASIO company.

This place has always be a default for Casio related stuff. So when my Edifice finally ran out of battery, I took it here. Expert changing in no time. They also replaced a gasket. The shop is not easy to find, go to the first floor and the left at the end.
