There is no Rentomojo office in Chennai at this location. Followed Google map, but there is residential Colony at this location.
Highly disappointed with the products... this is what happens when you give bunch of money to irresponsible kids...come up with stupid ideas ...spend someone else's money and they say sorry we scewed up.... rentomojo u started well but you definitely are losing the race ...
Got a office chair on rent due to WFH..the chair was fine for 2months but broke suddenly one day while sitting on the chair. When i called the customer care,in the name of replacement they are saying damage charges will be applied though I didn't break it due to manhandling. Their policy sucks and their resolution is also not customer-centric. Receommend not to rent prodcut that having moving parts.

I was initially told by the agent that I can first rent and then even eventually buy the products but when i paid the rent completely and ask for the ownership they just refuse saying there is no option of buying them , I m now 100% sure this deal is nothing but a total fraud , and I request other not to fall in there trap and yes there is no way u can contact them back ,non of the customer care no goes through , the only way u can get them is to wait for there calls during the monthly rental due but talking to them does not make any sense coz they just say sorry and that’s it u are fulled
Worst ever experience with Rentomojo . They delivered a tv ( VW tv ) 32 inches , initially I had few issues with the tv , and all of a sudden half of the screen went black , I sent a photo of the tv , they say that there’s a crack line in display so it has to be changed . And we don’t even know how it happened . The rate of TV is 11,400 while these ppl said they will be charging around 12 thousand for repair . How cheap is this . This was a very bad mistake renting from you guys . I will never recommend nor order anything else from Rentomojo .
