Very very worst service.. Totally waste. As visited showroom discussed below FYI Need clarification of 1500km engine issue hear I am user of Yamaha Fascino. 1.Bought Santhi Motora Year of Jan-20 2.1st service done by mar-20 in same showroom 3.Secound service unable to done due to corona went native (Unable to use bike) 4.After corona last month visited same showroom not given proper way to approach service 5.Showroom service person said warrant not covered... NOTE: Lite usage only need support to close as per procedure for warrant(won't accept)

I am a new customer for them. Still,on my request through Google, immediate response by the owner. Next day for pickup mechanic came and on my request next day the estimate was sent by service manager,I can't recollect the name Mr.udaya Kumar I think. The vehicle was delivered in a minimum serviceable period and done as required by us. Hatsoff to the team and it should continue for ever.
