Don’t travel so long to buy directly from them they give only less discount of 50 it’s better to buy online from them! And I went so long and I was so disappointing that none of their phone mounts or tank bag worked with my iPhone 11 screen the touch was not working because of tempered glass,recommend no one to go directly and waste your valuable time!
Bought a BBG riding boots from Trek n Ride. Boots were torn within 5 months(Within Warranty Period) Contacted Trek n Ride got the BBG contact details, BBG team asked for the photos and said only 50% claim is possible. Tried to get the senior officer, but the customer care executive (Rajendra Prasad) neglected to provide the senior contact details. Got the new shoes with 50% amount paid. After the exchange, BBG team informed that what I bought from Trek n Ride is a product which is almost a year old which should not have sold (Because the pattern changes every 6 months) To clarify contacted Trek n Ride, REJECTING, NOT ANSWERING were the response. At last call picked after hearing half of the happening… Trek N Ride person (Simon) told he is driving will call back. YET TO RECEIVE THE CALL BACK. I am not sure where I stand in between Trek N Ride and BBG. Trek N Ride first said that BBG is not his product, he is just a reseller, but BBG said Trek N Ride sold me an old product which is not supposed to be. Trek N Ride is not responding to get clarification on what happened from their side. What is common between Trek n Ride and BBG..? LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM Trek N Ride - Never responds or on Driving all the time BBG – Rajendran Prasad is the only person to contact, who always responds the messages or call but the response would be next to incredible( BEST AT THE WORST customer service)
Good quality safety gears are available here. They are manufacturing all.kind of bags and they are importing safety gears. For manufacturing they will repair it not for other defects. Staffs are friendly. It is not a shop it is a factory. Products for bicycles, bikes and trekkers are available here. If u need quality product in a affordable price you must approach this place.
Good place to buy riding gear, luggage and accessories. Owner is a knowledgeable person and he himself is a adventurer. Reasonable price. This is factory itself.
Best place to buy supplies for camping, trekking, biking. Floor people are kind and helpful. I went to buy a saddle bag rain cover and was not sure of specs of my saddle bag, they readily accepted to take it back if its not fitting my bag. Luckily the one I bought was a perfect match for my dirt sack saddle bag. On the whole, I am pretty happy with their product and my visit.
Good store with lots of useful stuff. You have an adventure trip plan. Visit this place, you can get all your requirements there. The store manager is also adventurous man, and has lot of info about travelling. A complete store for all bikers and adventure sports person.
A great place for buying/ renting trekking and riding gear. The folk who run the place are really resourceful and helpful. Having first hand experience in trekking, riding, biking, running etc they clearly understand what the customer wants and do not try to dump products for the sake of a sale.
