Nice and safe indoor activities for kids. For Rs.400 per hour there can be a little more activities.

Activity centre for kids. Good ambience and courteous service. Ideal place for kids for activity. No play area. Bit expensive. Monthly rates are reasonable

TugBug Alwarpet turned into my son's wonderland yesterday. What a cordial and kid friendly staff. Their love and patience turned my 5 yr old into exploration mode, and he tried his hand on painting, pottery, gardening, craft and sand play. Great work to the team here! We had been to a different branch, but the staff here won our hearts and we will visit here again... Thanks TugBug Alwarpet!

The concept is good but my experience wasn't great I would say. Visited the Alwarpet centre yesterday and my observation was as follows: 1.The staff needs to be more enthusiastic abt their work and interact better with kids and welcome them with a smile. Their approach was more like the school teachers in the 90s. 2. When a client visits the staff should explain all the activities and let the kids choose what they want to do. For one hour, the kids wr only made to do painting related activities. Pottery, planting etc was not available. I saw quite few different things kids could do but they were not even aware of it coz from the min they walked in only paint related activities were being shown. In a matter of 40mins the kids wr bored. 3. Based on point 2, I felt RS. 450 isf the first hour is too much. Wasn't value for money. 4. Probably some appropriate music for kids should be played to make it more lively.
