Beautiful hair! made a trip to their factory in Chennai and I am very satisfied with the quality they provided. Its hard to find a reliable hair vendor who supplies Virgin Indian hair which is unprocessed. I was only satisfied when I spent time at their factory and saw all their beautiful hair. The only downside is, there is no elevator or lift facilities in the factory and it is not easy to take a walk around the factory using stairs. The address provided was their sales office address but they were kind enough to arrange a taxi pick up to their factory which was 45 minutes away. Next time I can save my trip to India because I know where to buy my unprocessed Indian hair direct from the factory!

we wanted to buy a wig today morning urgently before starting a medical treatment. the shop says it opens at 9am.but didn't open till 10am. when we called they said it will open in ten minutes.we wasted 1.5 hours because of this uncommitted shop and also got late for the medical treatment.

The lady didn’t give the owner’s number to contact for the bulk purchase.. I don’t know how they are doing business? They don’t want customers I think.. they should learn that customer is the king. Closed on Friday also .. Saturday and Sunday is also closed.. God knows how they are running the business..
