We had been there for a dinner. Its a pure veg hotel. Newly launched. Spacious. Well builted. They are establishing now. A good tasted, well furnished, well behaved hotel. Friendly for family. Especially for kids. Well wishes for the hotel.
We had arranged an event in this hotel .. service was worst ,guests were disappointed by their rude behaviour.. if you want your event to be memorable and good please don’t book this you will suffer a lot... there was no food on time for guests .. our guests were treated very badly by them. This is not even eligible for 1* but no option to give 0.
Good experience, clean and vibrant ambience , freshly prepared food and I am happy as they served seperate food as I was fasting overall good experience as it was newly opened
Staffs are watching TV instead of attending customers. Its been half an hour, they didn't even provide food. After we talked with staff, they came back stating food is yet to be prepared. Good building yet laggs in hotel management. Worst hotel and people who are hungry please don't visit this. Worts washrooms too, no cleanliness. Management team please look into this and take necessary action ASAP, otherwise you might loose valuable customers...
Place was good but taste was not good for this price and if there was option to give zero star I would have given zero stars
we were waiting since half an hour still they have not prepared food.. all staff were watching TV in the restaurant instead attending customer. Building looks royal but staff don't have mere Commonsense of how to behave with customers. road side food vendors are better than this hotel. finally came out without having food aftr 35 —40 minutes of waiting
