Recently visited store..lady was so rude..arrogant.she requires professional training for how to talk , behave with customer.I am dr.she tried to teach me. I was asking for anti-aging product Retinol.she said u don't require.how does retinol work for u just tell me..if u don't hv product then tell customer directly but don't suggest other product.she don't even know content of product that showed me Pls hire polite..knowledgeable..trained staff

I visited this store recently for foundation , that lady over there was so rude and did not talk to me properly . she did not even know how to talk to customer and told me we are out of stock and visit Sephora .such a huge and expensive brand at least give training to your staff before hiring such people. so disappointed, will never visit this store again,

I love Clinique & have been using it's products for years. However, this store has the most condescending staff. My experience was disappointing & strange when I went on a Saturday , the Sales Guy seemed to mumbling about how with the taxation Clinique's products can't be afforded by people like myself and my friend. I was there to get a gift card but his behavior was completely uncalled for & it turned me off.
