Same problem I am facing. very arrogant company without any proper reason stopping water supply .. showing lame excuse that top management decision to stop your supply for not taking water every day .. am I super human that consume 40 liters of water every day .. 1 star also much more than enough that what they deserve. never ever go for this arrogant company where they don't even know water supply is a very essential service and no one taking water for show off its a very essential element .. this is inhuman company with inhuman management people, again if you consider them as human then only

Worst services from you guys. The delivery is very late most of the times, sometimes they even forget to deliver, sometimes there is an issue with the staff and the only thing that is best is your customer service executives' excuses. The water camper's lid is so tightly closed that no space for air-pressure is left and therefore no water flows from the tap. and the worst part, it is so tight that you cannot open by yourself. Please see that you have a good QA team who analyses the problems in a better way. I have been complaining since months but still no satisfaction. God knows if your water is even safe to drink?? If other services are so pathetic, we don't know whether your water plants are good or not.

Worst Service ever experienced. No supply from last 5 days instead of calling driver and customer care. All are fraud. Driver NARPAT SINGH delivers water to people that are NOT registered instead of those that are registered. 1 Month ago company told me that the driver NARPAT SINGH is thief they doesn't know from where he was delivering campers yet he is delivering campers. Hats off to Jival!

Worst service on this planet!!! They're just there to tell you it's a foreign company blah blah blah and then you have to call them every day both at the service centre and the delivery boy...and both of them don't send any. I don't understand why these people are getting paid. Never ever rely on their service. A big no to this service.
