Not worth for single star for their service and poor response. Before asking my query that service persen said it will take 2 hours to atten your issue. Even it's just chain adjustment work. That service person treating us as a slave. We are not buying for free. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience with P.ORR & Sons, this shop is not even worth to change the watch batteries, I replaced 2 batteries for my Titan watch and Bulova watch for which they have inserted 2015 batteries. My date of purchase was on April 2018 and for that they have inserted 2015 batteries and both my watch stopped working within 2 months of purchase. When I enquired about this in the service they said my watches need service. Immediately I went to another shop and changed my batteries and the watches are working fine. Such a fraud company. Please be careful if you buy watches with them. Not even worth a single star.
