Place is very near to beach and has wonderful atmosphere. Staff is cooperative. But after 5pm no reception staff available on desk. It is very difficult to manage without front desk. Service staff is cooperative during morning time. During night time, HK staff not present.security staff does their job very well. Air conditioning shall be more appropriate. Air conditioning position was not at appropriate position. For humid weather it has to be better. Food (breakfast) is good. Very happy with ambience of hotel. Well maintained by the staff.

The Beach house located close by to Colva is a beautiful property to relax and rejuvenate. They have cozy comfortable well equiped rooms with a beautiful view of the beach. One can walk along the beach for some fresh air while enjoying the beauty of the sunrise or sunset. Additionally they also have an in house yoga centre with a yoga deck facing the beach and a yoga trainer giving yoga sessions. They also provide healthy meals during your stay. Also they take utmost care of hygiene and sanitation including the current norms of sanitisation. I stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The service is fast excellent too. They made sure to make it a memorable stay for us by taking in extra efforts and making it special on our anniversary. A big thank u to the team of The Beach house, Goa for their wonderful hospitality. We definitely recommend and plan to visit it again shortly.
Very bad service and management is rude. There is no co ordination between management and staff,so it created a lot of mess. We pre-order our dinner but still they provided the food for just half of us and after that there was no arrangement that they can prepare meal for the other half and we were left unfed. The AC in two rooms were not working but they didn't do anything about it for 2 days.

It is a beautiful quite place at Sernabatim beach(Right between Colva and binolim beach).. Just 10 steps away from the beach. The staff is friendly and Customer service is excellent. A must stay at South Goa.
DONT GO IN THE BEACH HOUSE , COLVA , GOA THEY SHOW SOMETHING AND PROVIDE SOMETHING. THEY ARE PURE THUGS, AND YOU CANT EVEN WIN A ARGUMENT WITH THEM I DONT WANT TO GIVE A ONE STAR ALSO BUT WHAT TO DO , WORST
Worst hotel ever with worst staff and management, Food and service not acceptable, AC not working Wifi not working Food quality and quantity both worst. Rude management.
The staff there is very rude and irresponsible. Food quality was poor. There was no good service.
