Worst service and response by show room phone operators. No proper respomse from them. After purchase of the vehicle they dont care about previous customers. Til purchase of the vehicle Sales representatives repeatedly calling aftervthat they dont take care. Even they dont respond properly. For every details simply telling that to visit showroom. I told that phone operators am not available at anantapur. Still some some minor matters also forcing us to come showroom only. Worst behavior unprofessional phone operators lifting the calls. Even one star also waste.

Worast response . I bought bike in thippaiah motors 2 months back. Some parts missing in my bike . I asked them , they given response go to outside mechanic shop buy and fix those parts . I suggest to change name THIPPAIAH MOTORS to THIPPAIAH MECHANIC SHOP or HERO SHOWROOM to HERO MECHANIC SHOP. Why because your response like mechanic shop not like showroom. If money wants to those parts . I ready to pay . But you're response like MECHANIC SHOP. I told to my friends and relatives when they asked to buy bike . Don't go to THIPPAIAH MOTORS (MECHANIC SHOP) . They sell like mechanic shop not like showroom.

Worst experience from Hero motorcorp....They just deliver hero destiny scooter, and I moved for just 1km ,bike has been stopped and smoke is coming under seat, This is not first time for me, already same happened for Duet also...Although I trust and went their for Hero Destiny..Again prob happens...I suggest u to Don't buy scooters in HERO..Other than scooters reaming vehicles are good to buy
