Summer of 2008, lazy lady (thats me) sitting at some place thinking what to do to make life little exciting. Suddenly heard enchanting voice (walkover start... square... repeat...) with loud music which captivated my soul to stand and see whats happening at 'Dance to Fitness' studio. That day and today my whole life changed in terms of Energy, excitement, fitness, lifestyle, confidence , personality .... and a new journey begins. From workout to dance, music masti to celebrations, physique to diet, stress to destress ..... and lot more reshaped in life. Its a new beginning.... and the journey continues even today after a decade. Would like to thank Sonia for adding value to so many lives.... wish u glorious years ahead.
