When I call them for treatment of my street dog they came immediately without any delay & give proper treatment to the dog .

I found an abandoned kitten near the bushes i observed it for 2 days but its mother didnt came so i took it with me ...... i when i call they didnt picked up but when they finally did they said that they couldn't take care of it and i have to do it myself...so i told them that the kitten was in a very bad condition covered in fleas and dehydrated they simply told me to take care of it and also that they do not care of abandoned animals .......the kitten survied on my care for 10 days but later it died .....Raahat for example is the same as this NGO .. ...dont call yourself an NGO if u dont want to take care of animals

It was very very bad service. It is very disguisting. Just making fool of public. Animals are dying because of these people. Do not trust them. Fake people fake site. I had a very bad experience My poor dog was in pain for so many days I called them they said they are sending there team but no one came to save him poor thing he died. Please someone report and take some action against these fraud people. It is ridiculous.

they are doing nice work. Here many people write that they dont pick call or dont come. i just want to say there is many practical problem to run anything like this with limited number of staff. i just want to say if you are animal lover then you can volunteer and take help if needed. thanks
