Sales team is good but when it comes to Service order on warranty, it really sucks, Store Manager is not proactive and would stop picking phone, have to keep doing rounds of store just to be told no update even after 1 week of commited date on Service Order. Eventually had to do the escalation and promptly Regional Manager got involved and got it sorted out. Definitely not going back to this store but will continue with Wildcraft trekking Shoes which are really good

It's a small store located on Rajpur road. They have good range in bagpacks whereas not much in shoes and jackets. I bought two jackets which turned out to be really good after 2-3 years of use. The owner/storekeeper is not that friendly to his customers though.

Wildcraft is well known store for its rough and tough sport wear's. You also have good baggage option. This store is located at rajpur road , it will fall left side of you while going toward mussoorie. Store is well maintained and staff is good.

It's not good outlet. Very small and the stock is very limited. Parking is enough but there is no point in going there. There is another store called cliff climber which has almost everything and one can also go to decathlon

Just a typical wildcraft store. You can find almost everything you need fro wildcraft. Owner is polite.
