Hallo, I have completed the Basic course on Ayurveda & Kerala-Panchkarma Techniques at Aastha Ayurveda in Delhi. I am really satisfied with this course. I have learnt both interesting theory and also various practical aspects. What is more the athmospheer was peaceful and friendly so I really enjoyed the time in Delhi.
