Do not go for this broadband. They are a cheat. You won't get your refund whatsoever happens. I have personally experienced. It has been 2 yrs still iam fighting and they haven't returned my refund
Very bad customer service and internet quality. The internet stops working everyday due to different weird reasons. They do not pick calls for registering complaints and also will cut the internet before the payment due date. Would never recommend this network provider for wifi. Would have given 0 stars if there was an option for the same.
Consistently slow internet speeds. Always an excuse for down time, sometimes it's high and fast winds, other times it's monkeys. Gave them a chance considering they're local vendors and may be able to service well considering they have a small area they cater to but they can't even do that. This is a business which is set to fail sooner or later. Absolutely disgraceful. Scam.
Poor quality... speed is less than 5kbps..: they should stop this business for god’s sake.. bad... bad... bad..
