I am very disappointed from blue mount ro purifier, internal functionality is very poor .They don't provide service ......its been more than a week when I had registered a complain but no body has visited till now...worst service and worst to I have ever purchased... I won't recommend anyone to purchase bluemount to....after 20 days it stop working.

Used for 3 months .. not good quality... Booked service and paid 3500/- for service and company installed duplicate spares and machine stopped working in 10 days.. SICK OF CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM... CALLED OVER 10 TIMES EVERY DAY OVER A MONTH AND FINALLY DECIDED TO THROW THIS SCRAP IN TO GARBAGE AND BROUGHT ANOTHER GOOD BRANDED PRODUCT...... I spent 17500 within 3 months (13500 for machine 500 for installation and 3500 for service). BUY THIS SCRAP AT YOUR OWN RISK....
