After sale services is 3rd class. Bought high end steam iron machine from Fabcare three months back. Company take very long time to resolve the issue sometimes beyond week. Sanjeev (from after sales services) is rude and doesn't pick calls. Their service technician never write on service report anything against the machine even after knowing the problem. When asked, he says that these are the instructions from the company to not write anything bad on the report. No reply received from the director Abhinav Arya When I texted him my grevience. At last I had to resolve the issue from outside when company failed to cure it. In short Fabcare need to pull up their socks for aftersales services.

Hi All, I have deleted my previous post ... I did it in anger ! And like to update my review for all those who got misleaded by my post. Abhinav is a wonderful human being and always strive to provide the best. He is like a brother, mentor, devil advocate (most of the time), and a friend. initially i got very good words about the company, but after purchasing machines from them i got to know that they are very poor reputation in after sales service. I tried to connect with them by calls and mails but all in vain, nobody bothers to reply your mails or even attend your call, after so many followups i got to know that they don't have their own after sales service team and they outsource their service to small local vendors who don't know anyting about the machines. By this way they sell you imported machines at higher cost but they don't have after sales service. I have purchased 2 machines from them and have invoice but after so many calls they ignored to provide service for my machines. From last 15 days my machines are not working but nobody from fabcare is ready to attend the Machine. Think before you buy. Whatever reply you have given is one sided. Let me here clear the issue. 1. I have purchased machine from you and have invoice from your company then you are only liable to provide me after sales service. no one else can bound you to give me service. 2 For pending payment: i am ready to clear the pending payments but no one is giving me legitimate invoice on which i can pay, i don't think i am asking anything wrong. you give me actual bills with all supporting documents and i will clear all payment, its very small amount. 3. Social media is a nice platform that i also know but if you guys are not responding to the calls or emails then please let me know the suitable way or platform to communicate with you. i will be very happy
